With over eight years in public relations and advertising and another seven years in academic administration I am now working at the St. Louis RCGA in member education. Church, family, and fun are more important than title or pay.

My former wife Denise and I work hard to raise our two fabulous children (MaryAnna 1999 & Josiah 2003). Denise is expert at much more than just music and theatre but more important her relationship with God is the greatest asset to the Sansone family. We are both still musicians, I play tuba weekly and she is called upon and accepts a variety of vocal and instrumental performances.

She is a Sales Manager at a four star hotel in St. Louis where we work about three city blocks from each other and get along much better than we did when we were married, go figure?

With over eight years in public relations and advertising I made a career change into academics a couple years ago. You can only work overtime for so long before you decide church, family, and fun are more important than title or pay.

Working for ITT-Technical Institute, ITT in Arnold I enjoy working close to home and a straight 40-hour workweek. Additionally my wife Denise is enthusiastically at home with our two fabulous children (MaryAnna 1999 & Josiah 2003). We are both quite happy and have a practical home in Arnold, Missouri.   Denise is expert at much more than just music and theatre but more important her relationship with God is the Sansone family’s greatest asset.  We are both still musicians, I play tuba weekly and she is called upon and accepts a variety of vocal and instrumental gigs.

I met my wife (Denise) in college (1991). I play Tuba and she the Piccolo. It’s been marital bliss since 1996. Even now she sings and plays piano and I play tuba in the local orchestra. We are active members of First Baptist Church of Arnold. Reverence and family are a chief part of our lives. Our family supports and participates in local and foreign mission projects.  Even when times are tough, life is good.

I’m currently in graduate school; M.Ed. “Leadership in Higher Education.”

Interests: Church, Family Time, Camping, Fishing, Hunting, Writing, Scouting, Graduate School, Public Speaking, Backgammon, Motorcycles, Fast Cars, & Boating-Sailing, swimming for exercise, treasure hunting, Scouts, & reading - http://sansone.spaces.live.com/

I’ve just started teaching at Jefferson College and have found it satisfying.  I hope I will have time to continue to teach as I progress in academic administration.

As a core group of friends we just celebrated our ½ life anniversary.  We’ve been friends since college and bonded at Joe’s cabin; which… is another chapter in our families’ diverse and complicated personal histories.

My epitaph will read:

A man cannot step into the same river twice for the river has changed and so has the man.

Where did they go?

Help I’ve fallen and I can’t get up.  I fell on Sunday and busted my face open and hurt my chest.  About an hour later my Sunday school class and some helpers showed up with my wife and a bunch of trucks.  Why does every Fall have to be an event?

I guess that’s what blogging is about – post your bad day memories and we can all laugh together.

Geez I should post those pictures but that would be too ugly even for the Web.

1/2 life at the cabin...

Here's what I ment to do for the regular cabin crew pics...  This was the third week of July and only tells 1/2 the story.

1/2 life party @ the Prewitt's

Here's the thing... We've been friends for 18 years - we met in college (when we were 18 years old), thus 1/2 life partyl.

This all happened August 11th, 2006.

I got in trouble with Cathy, what's new.  Denise is mad and won't talk to me, what's new.  Kristen and Tim both drank too much, what's new?  Dianne & Eric were the perfect hosts, what's new.

What's new... we are all getting old and love life.

I hope you all enjoy the photos.

Spicole Origin...

As an undergraduate I played Tuba in Marching band for four years. At an undisclosed time and date I played rugby and at the end of my first game I became Spicole, and it stuck through college.

Nuff said...

Capella... Great big hug...

Well, I finally overcame the SAR lockout from FA and the interface is very intuitive.  I like the program so far - time to learn, grow and become a change agent.

I'm glad I'm not the only person that reads "Fast Company."

Vacation Blues...

"Oh well, what the hell, we're all gonna die anyway..." said my political science professor from the Ukraine, years ago.

I'm supposed to be in Mexico but I'm here at home writing a sad blog.

I'm trying to help my nephew Munch learn how to populate his MP3 player and rip songs from his Cd's, oh fun vacation.

Better luck next year I guess...

Happy New Year 2006
